Description |
A a volunteer club ambassador your primary role will be to support your community’s nature club by helping with the following: Membership recruitment - hang posters in your community, share information with community members, attend outreach events, share club information on social media Explorer Day Activities - support club leaders by organizing short games and activities to compliment explorer days Explorer Day Support - take photos at explorer days and write up a blurb about the explorer day experiences and activities Community Research - support the Provincial Network Coordinator in researching nature mentor and potential explorer day activities in your community |
Training Details | This is a fun and very rewarding volunteer position. You will be supported by a staff team, local nature mentors and a peer network of volunteers from all over BC. You will receive orientation and training and access to all the resources and materials you need to do your job. |
