Cool Aid's vision is a community where no one is forced to sleep on the street or go hungry and everyone has the dignity that comes with home, health and connection. That's why we work to create hope and opportunities for people experiencing homelessness and poverty. We offer a range of services, including affordable housing, emergency shelters, primary health and dental care, nutritious meals, and wellness programs such as recreation, employment, and volunteer opportunities. Our dedicated staff and volunteers support over 12,000 individuals annually across 20 locations in Victoria, Saanich, and Langford. We provide housing and support to more people experiencing homelessness in our community than any other organization.
Description
We’re looking for licensed stylists to assist in providing free haircuts to men and women experiencing homelessness at our Rock Bay Landing Shelter and/or at our supportive housing sites.
